Based on research insights, users who love taking photos expressed frustration with digital photo clutter, leading me to develop an intuitive AI-powered sorting feature. With a clear understanding of user pain points, I asked myself: How might we reduce the effort required for users to organize their photos? This question became the foundation of my brainstorming sessions, leading to innovative ideas that harnessed the power of AI.

After sketching initial ideas, I tested in two rounds with the same group of 6 participants. Gathering 3 crucial user feedbacks to refine the design goals further:
Desire for Larger Displays - Users wanted their photos to shine, preferring larger viewing areas for better visibility.
Simplified Choices - The decision-making process should be as simple as “keep” or “delete,” with an option to mark favorites later.
Clarity in AI Decisions - Users appreciated AI assistance but craved transparency —clear explanations of why certain photos were recommended for keeping or deleting.
